14. Alec Baldwin

Though he’s a Nassau native, the 30 Rock star is an East End heavy hitter, whose ambitions have turned increasingly political of late as he’s grown frustrated at the status quo. Last fall Baldwin got into a war of words with State Senate Majority leader Dean Skelos (R-Rockville Cente) and emerged relatively unscathed, to say the least. Recently engaged and headed for the altar, Baldwin doesn’t look to settle down in his career. In fact, he’s told several interviewers that he wants to run for something, and when he idly mentioned the Suffolk County executive post, he must have sent shivers up and down you-know-who’s spine. Wherever he goes, Baldwin gets to write his own script—and he’ll have the final say.
