This 26-year-old booker and promoter has been responsible for bringing some of the hottest national acts to LI, from Dashboard Confessional to System of a Down. More importantly, he has been a major player in creating a thriving local punk scene that now gets national attention. LOVE HIM for helping make LI seem so cool to the rest of the world. HATE HIM for being so good at his job that when he brought the band Brand New back home to LI last December, it sold out so fast we couldn’t get tickets.
